Welcome to Baycrest Villa, an immaculate and exceptionally spacious Mediterranean-style home tucked just below Main Street in the heart of Plettenberg Bay. Set over two levels, this beautifully maintained property blends relaxed coastal charm with sweeping upstairs views, bay glimpses from below, and effortless access to everything Plett has to offer.

The home features five beautifully appointed bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, three of them en-suite. Upstairs, three balconies invite morning coffee and sunset unwinding, with two flowing directly from the bedrooms. Multiple living spaces allow guests to spread out in comfort, including an upstairs lounge with a small kitchenette, library nook and Smart TV, as well as generous downstairs living areas with fireplaces, Smart TVs, and an easy, welcoming flow for gathering and relaxing together.

Just off the downstairs living spaces is a dining area for shared meals, while the large, fully equipped kitchen also includes a cosy breakfast nook.

At the front of the home, a welcoming porch offers two sitting areas overlooking the garden with lovely glimpses of the bay. Guest access

Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all five bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, the upstairs and downstairs living areas, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, upstairs kitchenette, and laundry facilities.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy the front porch with its garden and bay glimpses, as well as the back patio and outdoor entertainment spaces, including the covered lapa dining area, pool, outdoor shower, gas braai, charcoal braai, and backyard. The garage and ample on-site parking are available for guest use.

All amenities listed are for guests to enjoy, with the exception of any locked cupboards, storage areas, or spaces reserved for management and housekeeping use.

Other things to note

Please note that the pool has a painted brown finish, which gives the water its distinctive colour. This is intentional and not due to algae.
