Boardwalk Reverie is a stylish, newly built self-catering home in the sought-after Boardwalk Estate in Plettenberg Bay’s Whale Rock area. Thoughtfully designed with modern finishes and soft neutral tones, this upmarket coastal retreat offers a calm and comfortable atmosphere within walking distance of Solar Beach and Sanctuary Beach, and only minutes from the Robberg Nature Reserve viewpoints and hiking trails.

The home accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including one en-suite bedroom, one adjacent full bathroom, and a guest lavatory downstairs.

The open-plan layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge that opens onto a sunny private garden. Large glass doors lead to an outdoor entertainment area with a built-in braai, a secondary gas braai option, an eight-seater outdoor dining table, and a cosy patio lounge. The garden offers excellent privacy and seclusion.

Inside, the dining area seats six, with a spacious kitchen and a separate fully equipped scullery featuring premium Bosch and SMEG appliances.

Guests have access to the communal swimming pool and clubhouse within the estate, complete with braai facilities, seating areas, and sun loungers. The property includes a two-car garage plus additional guest parking.

Inside, the home includes uncapped fibre Wi-Fi, a smart TV where guests can sign in to their own streaming accounts, and a DSTV package including major channels and sports. Linen, bath towels, one set of beach/pool towels per guest, toilet paper, body soap, cleaning supplies, and complimentary tea and coffee are provided.

Climate control consists of standing fans throughout and a wood-burning fireplace, with starter firewood provided.

Boardwalk Estate offers 24-hour manned security, CCTV monitoring, electric fencing, and controlled access. The home also includes backup power via generator/inverter.

The estate offers convenient pedestrian access to the beach boardwalk and a nearby shopping centre with a café, supermarket, pharmacy, and other daily essentials.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. No matriculants/ragers.
