The space
Farallon Place is a thoughtfully designed four-bedroom home offering a balance of style,
comfort, and functionality. Upstairs, the master suite features a king-size bed, walk-in
closet, and a generous en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. This level also includes a
dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi and a private TV room with HD streaming services.
Downstairs are two spacious bedrooms with queen beds and a children’s room with three single
bunk beds. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and charming outdoor shower, while
the remaining bedrooms share a full bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms open via
sliding doors to welcome in the ocean breeze.
The open-plan lounge and dining area is filled with natural light and warmed by an indoor
fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern conveniences such as a Nespresso
machine, microwave, dishwasher, and ample counter space. A large TV lounge with inverter-backed
power ensures uninterrupted comfort.
The sheltered patio leads out to a cozy fire pit, well-kept garden, and sparkling pool, ideal
for outdoor relaxation. A second outdoor fireplace and lounge area create a welcoming space
for cooler evenings. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, and
ironing essentials, are provided, along with bath, hand, and pool towels.
