Farallon Place is a beautifully renovated double‑story home just 200 m from the beach, designed for families or groups seeking comfort, relaxation and a dash of coastal charm. Sleeping 9 guests in 4 bedrooms (plus an optional cottage for 2 extra), the villa blends natural elegance with easy indoor–outdoor living: think sheltered patio, fire‑pit under the stars, manicured garden and a sparkling private pool.

Upstairs, the light‑filled master suite features a king bed, walk‑in closet and spacious en‑suite with both bath and shower. A dedicated workspace with high‑speed Wi‑Fi, ergonomic chair and printer sits adjacent to a private TV lounge for quiet evenings in.

Downstairs you’ll find two generous queen bedrooms and a kids’ bunk room (three single bunks). Sliding doors invite the ocean breeze, while portable fans and ample storage ensure year‑round comfort. One queen room enjoys its own en‑suite (bath plus charming outdoor shower); the bunk and second queen share a full family bathroom.

The open‑plan living / dining zone – warmed by an indoor wood‑burning fireplace – flows into a fully‑equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, double oven, dishwasher and all the essentials. Inverter‑backed power keeps the main TV lounge and Wi‑Fi running during outages.
