Iroko House is a spacious, multi-level luxury home in Plettenberg Bay, offering panoramic views of the ocean and mountains from all floors. Inspired by African heritage and design, the house is named after the legendary Iroko tree, a symbol of durability, protection, and good health.

This three-storey home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and shared living, with generous indoor and outdoor spaces, multiple patios, and thoughtfully designed entertainment areas. It is ideal for families or groups looking for privacy, space, and unforgettable views.

The space

The middle floor is the main living level and the point of entry to the home. It features an open-plan kitchen, dining area, guest bathroom, and living room, leading out onto a large patio with a pool, braai area, loungers, and ample outdoor furniture. This level also includes the garage and forms the heart of the home.

The top floor offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a study, opening onto a large outdoor patio with a fire pit. This level provides elevated views and a peaceful space for relaxation or work.

The lower floor includes an open-plan bunk room with four bunk beds and a television, two additional bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a patio that leads directly into the garden with outdoor seating.

Across all levels, the home enjoys uninterrupted views of the ocean and surrounding mountains, creating a sense of openness and connection to the natural landscape.
