The space

Jay’s Place is a newly renovated, self-catering apartment in Santini Village, a secure and well-kept complex in Plettenberg Bay. Centrally located close to shops, restaurants and everyday conveniences, the apartment is also just a five-minute drive from Central Beach. The interior is warm, simple and stylish, with natural textures and relaxed coastal touches throughout.

The apartment accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Bedroom 1: queen bed (en-suite bathroom with bathtub)
Bedroom 2: queen bed (separate bathroom with shower)

The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge, which flows onto a spacious furnished balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and the essential cookware and utensils needed for a self-catering stay.

Guests have access to the communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens within Santini Village. A communal garden is situated directly behind the apartment and is overlooked by the second bedroom. The apartment also includes a covered parking bay.

Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the lounge features a large Smart TV where guests can sign in to their own streaming accounts. Linen and bath towels are provided, along with useful conveniences including a washing machine, iron and hairdryer.

With its central location, comfortable living spaces and easy access to the communal pool, shops, restaurants and Plett’s beaches, Jay’s Place is a relaxed and convenient base for couples, friends or a small family exploring Plettenberg Bay.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment and private patio, as well as access to the communal swimming pool, garden and washing lines. A covered parking bay is also provided.

Jay’s Place is located in Santini Village, a secure and well-kept complex in Plettenberg Bay’s Bowtie area. Its central position makes it a convenient base for exploring Plett, while still offering a relaxed residential setting with landscaped communal gardens and a swimming pool.

Plettenberg Bay’s Main Street is around a 3-minute drive away, putting shops, cafés, restaurants and everyday essentials within easy reach. Central Beach is approximately 3 km away, or around a 5-minute drive, with Lookout Beach and other popular beaches also nearby.

A car is recommended for getting around, but the apartment’s location makes it quick and easy to reach the town centre, beaches and many of Plettenberg Bay’s main attractions.

Getting around

Jay’s Place is best suited to guests travelling by car, as Plettenberg Bay’s beaches, restaurants, shops and attractions are spread across town. Central Beach is approximately a five-minute drive away, with other popular areas and activities also easily reached by car. A covered parking bay is provided at the apartment, and local taxi services are available if needed.

Please do not hang laundry on the balcony. Designated washing lines are provided for each block. Guests must use the allocated parking bay provided. Visitor parking may not be used for overnight parking.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition, wash any used dishes, and ensure furniture is left in its original place. When departing, the front gate will open automatically for you.
