The space

La-Lapa is a modern, open-plan studio accommodating two adults. The thoughtfully designed layout combines the bedroom, lounge, kitchen, and bathroom into one seamless, light-filled interior that flows directly onto a private patio overlooking the ocean and surrounding greenery.

Outdoor living is a key feature of the apartment. Guests have exclusive use of a private patio with a splash pool, a secluded courtyard with a firepit, and outdoor seating ideal for sunset viewing or relaxed evenings under the stars.

The apartment is fully self-contained with its own private entrance and secure on-site parking. While located on a shared property with another independent unit, all guest areas are separate and designed to ensure privacy.
