The space

Ocean Echo Apartment is a welcoming three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Plettenberg Bay, ideally positioned within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beach. Set on Plett's hillside, the apartment enjoys beautiful views towards the ocean, bay and surrounding mountains.

Inside, the apartment offers comfortable coastal living with everything needed for an easy stay. The living area is a relaxed space to unwind, with a Smart TV with a full selection of DStv channels and streaming, a heater for cooler evenings and a portable fan for warmer days. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light while making the most of the surrounding views.

The apartment accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Bedroom 1: queen bed (en-suite bathroom with shower)
Bedroom 2: two single beds (second bathroom across the passage with bathtub)
Bedroom 3: queen bed (second bathroom conveniently located next door)

The main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and beautiful views towards the ocean and mountains. The third bedroom also enjoys a lovely outlook, while the twin room is conveniently positioned directly across from the second bathroom.

The full kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Guests also have access to the complex's communal laundry room, with additional washing machines and dryers available for added convenience.

One of the apartment's best features is the private patio, where you can take in beautiful ocean, bay and mountain views. With its own braai and outdoor dining area, it is a lovely spot for a relaxed breakfast, afternoon drink or evening meal while enjoying the view over Plett.

Guests also have access to the complex's communal swimming pool and leisure area, including a games room with facilities such as table tennis and darts. Secure parking is provided within the gated complex.

The central location makes it easy to leave the car behind and explore Plettenberg Bay on foot, with restaurants, shops and the beach all within walking distance.

Please note that the convenience of being right in town also means the apartment is situated next to a BUSY ROAD, so some traffic noise is to be expected.

Please be respectful of the neighbours, as some of the people in the complex are permanent residents. We cannot accommodate parties, Rage weekend bookings, matric groups, or school leavers during late November and early December, as this is strictly against the complex rules. We also do not allow bookings made by parents on behalf of school leavers, whether the parents are staying with them or not. Should you proceed with an instant booking despite these rules, you will be responsible for cancelling the booking. The unit is cleaned thoroughly before your arrival. Should you require any additional cleaning during your stay, please contact your host, and we can arrange a cleaner for a small additional fee. Disclaimer: Guests stay at their own risk. Please leave the house in a tidy condition - wash any used dishes, clean the braai if used, and ensure furniture is left in its original place. When exiting, please drive over the demarcated etched in block in front of the gate, and it will open automatically. Kindly let us know once you have departed.
