The space
This beautifully designed home balances style, comfort, and functionality, making it ideal
for large families or groups of friends. The property includes five bedrooms, three modern
bathrooms, two spacious living areas, and two fully equipped kitchens.
The home feels like two houses combined, allowing groups to share the space while still
enjoying privacy. Recently renovated with architectural flair, every detail has been
thoughtfully considered.
The main section includes three spacious bedrooms overlooking the garden,
including a luxurious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and alcove bath. Two additional
bedrooms share a stylish second bathroom. This section features a large open-plan dining and
living area with an indoor fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances,
flowing seamlessly to the pool and outdoor areas.
The secondary section offers two bedrooms overlooking the front garden and
street, each with a double bed and an extra single mattress. This area includes a shared
bathroom, a compact kitchenette, and a second lounge with high ceilings opening onto a private
courtyard with a Weber gas braai and large TV. It also has its own separate entrance.
Additional highlights include a refreshing plunge pool, pet-friendly accommodation,
entertainment extras such as smart TVs, beach games, surfboards, bodyboards, and bikes, as
well as an inverter ensuring uninterrupted power during load shedding.

4 km stretch of beach, extending from Beacon Isle Hotel to Robberg, is conveniently just
500 m from the house.
The downtown valley, a mere 3 km away, hosts supermarkets and delightful beachside and
mountainside restaurants. Venture a bit further up the road to the charming town, boasting a
variety of fine eateries, art establishments, and diverse shops catering to every taste.
Beyond the renowned Robberg Beach, two additional beaches—Look Out Beach and Main Beach—grace
the area just below town. A stunning lagoon also awaits, offering crystal-clear waters and safe
swimming opportunities for all ages.
Simply hop onto the N2 Highway to access an array of tourist attractions, including wildlife
