Welcome to Sea Esta — a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom coastal home offering relaxed Plettenberg Bay comfort in a secure complex on Seaville Street. Built in the 1970s and renovated in October 2025, this 165 m² property provides spacious, comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests.
Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, comfortable bedding with fresh linen, and ample clothing storage. The main bedroom offers a king bed and dressing room, while the other two bedrooms include single beds with ¾ duvets. Room-darkening shades and warm blankets are provided for added comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso machine. Cooking essentials and a starter kit (coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water) are provided. A Whirlpool washing machine, drying rack, iron, and cleaning supplies are also available for your convenience.
The open-plan living area includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and reliable WiFi. Outside, you’ll find a spacious patio with loungers, a table, and a Weber gas BBQ — ideal for relaxed evenings. Secure garage parking is available for one car, with limited visitor parking in the complex.
