The space

Serendipity - Ocean View Apartment is a welcoming first-floor apartment in central Plettenberg Bay, ideally positioned within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beach. Its elevated position makes the most of the setting, with beautiful views across the town towards the ocean and mountains.

As you step inside, your eye is immediately drawn through the open-plan living area towards the balcony and the views beyond. The apartment combines comfortable coastal living with some more contemporary touches, including vinyl flooring and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and a window framing a lovely ocean view. The second bedroom is a smaller, cosy room, with the second bathroom conveniently located right next door and fitted with a bathtub.

The open-plan living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for four and a relaxed lounge area with a daybed-style seat and Smart TV. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and draw the ocean views into the living space.

From here, step out onto the private first-floor balcony - one of the apartment’s best features. With views across Plettenberg Bay towards the ocean and mountains, it is a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee, an evening drink or a relaxed braai.

Guests also have access to the complex’s communal swimming pool and leisure area, where you can enjoy a swim or make use of facilities such as table tennis and darts. A communal laundry room is also available for added convenience, and secure parking is provided within the gated complex.

The apartment is in a very central and convenient part of Plett, which means it is situated next to a BUSY ROAD. However, double-glazed windows help to reduce outside noise while still allowing guests to enjoy the benefits of being close to the town, restaurants, shops and beach.

Whether you’re spending your days at the beach, exploring Plett or simply enjoying the view from the balcony, Serendipity - Ocean View Apartment offers a convenient and comfortable base in the heart of town.

The entire unit is available for guests as well as the patio, communal swimming pool, communal games room and communal laundry.
