The space
Distinguished by its contemporary, open-plan layout, the residence harmoniously blends chic
aesthetics with practical living. Generous indoor and outdoor areas provide ample space for

The main dwelling features two opulent master suites. The first, located on the right wing of
the home, offers expansive proportions, a luxurious en-suite bathroom, and sweeping views of
the mountains, lagoon, and ocean. The second master suite, positioned on the opposite side,
also includes an en-suite bathroom and opens onto a private inner courtyard.
Two additional bedrooms are located in this wing and share a third well-appointed bathroom.
The expansive open-concept living area forms the social heart of the home, ideal for family
gatherings and entertaining.
Adjacent to the courtyard, a detached bedroom accommodates two guests in single beds and
includes a compact bathroom, making it ideal for teenagers or guests seeking a bit more
